Great place, try the slow death on a raft, if you like sausage and gravy you won't be disappointed.

Definitely coming back next time visiting Mendocino county.

Service from Juan was a great treat as well.
    Bon appetite

Came by here for brunch on a Sunday morning with my girlfriends. We were seated immediately at a table with a lovely view of the water.

    We ordered the
    - bacon mushroom hash
    - marcie's hot mess
    - circa burger
    - french toast

Unfortunately, I felt like everything was mediocre. The bacon mushroom hash was mostly burnt potato with very little mushroom, and the bacon was super overcooked. Marcie's hot mess sandwich did not have any stand out flavors. The burger was also just ok, but it may have been because it was requested well-done (both the patty and the egg.) The french toast was bland.

Perhaps we happened to order 4 things that they aren't known for, but there wasn't anything amazing here.

I love breakfast. It's my favorite meal, I search out restaurants coast-to-coast; Hell, I even have a Pinterest page dedicated to breakfast. This is all to say, that Circa 62 is my new Gold Standard for breakfast. We ate here two days in a row, because it was the only way we could begin to enjoy the creative menu.

We loved the French Toast with Hard Cider Syrup, Pork Belly Breakfast Tacos, Wild Mushroom Hash, Rosemary Pork Sausage, perfectly made Scrambled Eggs, and the local made English Muffin slathered in homemade peanut butter and maple syrup bacon. Did I mention there were four of us?

Great service and wonderful surroundings - inside and out.

Next time we're trying the Slow Death and the hash brown waffles!

I've now been here one and a half times. The first experience was okay; the food was decent but the service was lacking. I recall waiting a ridiculous amount of time for the check, which we got after requesting it several times. Well, we were back in town this weekend staying just up the street, and not in a rush so we decided to come back for breakfast before heading home. We walked in and stood next to the "please wait to be seated" sign and watched several wait staff pass us without saying anything. Finally one told us she would be right with us. Meanwhile, another party came in after us and was seated immediately. The waitress that acknowledged us then asked if we were waiting for a to-go order. I reminded her that we were waiting for a table and she apologized and told us the other party just took the last table and it would be a while but we could sit in the "doggy dining area" if we wanted a table then. I love dogs but I'm not fond of dog hair in my food so we opted to go somewhere else. This is the second strike for us, so we won't be coming back.

Hubby and I just come over to the coast to chill ! I had read ab this place . This place is so adorable it's like the Hamptons . Your phone won't work so enjoy your company ! There is a wait on the weekends . The food took ab 20 minutes which my hubby almost ate his arm laugh out loud .. I got the hash brown waffle with sausage gravy . It was good but needed some more influence from the south in flavor . My husband got the Kimchee pancakes . He hated them he says they were dry and to Kim cheeish laugh out loud !! Our server was great .. Not to pricey a good experience the food  s good but not like OMG delicious..
